ABTCP 2026
Dear visitor,
The ABTCP 2026 Event – 58th International Pulp and Paper Congress and Exhibition – will be held in São Paulo from October 6 to 8 at the Transamérica Expo Center Pavilion. The INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION will take place in halls D/E. The INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS will be held in rooms located on the Mezzanine (halls F/G – see more information under “The Congress”). Both events are organized by ABTCP.
The event represents an opportunity to launch technological trends and scientific discoveries at an international level, and enables networking and the exchange of information and experiences among more than 800 internationally renowned specialists and technicians. Visitors will be able to meet exhibitors that are suppliers of technologies and services for companies in the following areas: forestry, pulp and paper production, recovery and utilities, environment, market, engineering and maintenance, automation, process control, and paper converting equipment.
General Conditions for Visiting:
ALL exhibition participants must be registered in order to enter the exhibition area and must wear their credentials/badges visibly for event security. Early registration exempts participants from the entrance fee.
All event participants, even if pre-registered, must carry a photo ID, which may be requested at any time by the event staff.
The event is restricted to industry professionals, and proof may be requested at any time.
The entry of children up to 15 years old is strictly prohibited, even if accompanied by parents. For entry of young people aged 16 and above, proof of identity will be required for registration and access to the event.
Entry will not be allowed for individuals wearing flip-flops or shorts.
For security reasons, credentials are personal and non-transferable. Event security may request a photo ID to verify the identity of the credential holder. In case of loss, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged for issuing a replacement badge, and the original will be canceled. Its use is restricted to authorized times and areas.
The event organization reserves the right to collect the credential in case of misuse, as well as to request the removal of its holder from the premises.
By entering the event, participants agree that their image and audio may be captured during the event, granting the organization full and irrevocable rights to use such materials for any purpose, free of charge.
Photography or filming of booths and products is only allowed with the exhibitor’s authorization.
The event organization is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings of congress participants, visitors, or exhibitors.
VISITOR credentials do not grant access to the congress and/or the ABTCP 2026 dinner (see more details about these events on this website under “The Event – Networking Dinner” and “The Congress”).
Visitors acknowledge that all information provided during registration is true, complete, and accurate.
NOTE: Full responsibility for the PARKING area and its management lies with AUTOVAGAS, and ABTCP is exempt from any responsibility regarding parked vehicles or fees charged (see more information on this website under – The Event – Parking).
Opening Session Hours:
10/06 – from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (visitor and congress credentials grant access to the opening session).
Congress Hours (check the program, fees, and register under “The Congress”):
• Registration and material pickup from 8:00 AM.
• 10/06 – from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• 10/07 and 10/08 – from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Exhibition Hours:
• 10/06 and 10/07 – from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (entry allowed until 7:00 PM).
• 10/08 – from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (entry allowed until 6:00 PM).
