INSTRUCTIONS AND CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF AREAS

Dear companies participating in the ABTCP EXHIBITION,

We reaffirm our commitment to companies in the sector to promote the traditional INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION on a biennial basis, strengthening our partnership and stimulating the development of the pulp and paper industry. As such, our planning for the next edition, in 2026, is already underway. Below we share some preliminary information and important decisions:

ABTCP 2026

The 58th INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION will be held from October 6 to 8, 2026, at the Transamérica Expo Center in São Paulo, remaining the main meeting point for the sector in Latin America.

Maintaining the successful model of the last edition, we will continue to allow free assembly for all exhibitors, regardless of the contracted square footage. The three predefined assembly models will continue to be available in the exhibitor's manual for those who wish to contract them, but on a completely optional basis.

Due to the high demand for booth space registered for the 2024 edition, the space previously used for the congress will be used exclusively for the exhibition. Thus, the 58th INTERNATIONAL PULP AND PAPER CONGRESS will be held in parallel with the exhibition, on the mezzanine of the Transamérica Expo Center, maintaining the integration between the two events and ensuring greater comfort and organization for participants.

We reiterate our commitment to actively listening to the sector in order to hold an event with high technical and structural standards and to create an environment conducive to innovation, knowledge exchange, and business generation. With this in mind, we are developing a new loyalty and pricing policy, with full implementation planned for 2028. Details will be communicated in advance in a clear and transparent manner to ensure predictability for all exhibitors.

The MEETING TO SELECT/RESERVE areas for the 2026 EXHIBITION, exclusively for member companies (except for collective members from abroad), was held on October 16, 2025, at the Novotel Center Norte, during the 57th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS. Non-members and collective members from abroad made their reservations starting on October 20. See below for detailed information with instructions, rules, and prices for members and non-members. The floor plan with reservations made will be updated weekly in case of changes. 1) GENERAL PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1.1 – To benefit from the discount on the price per square meter of area offered to associates Collective from abroad, members must be up to date with their membership.

1.2 – The areas defined by ABTCP on the exhibition map will not be divided.

1.3 – Requests for dimensions outside the standard island and/or modules available on the event map will not be accepted. Initially, the company must occupy the island or end of the island using the available modules. Only in cases where the desired footage is not available on a single island, the exhibitor may supplement the size with modules from another separate island.

1.4 – After choosing/reserving the area, if the company wants to give up part of the area, it will lose the right to the chosen area and must indicate a new area in a different location than the previous one.

1.5 – Considering that the selection/reservation of the area will be processed in the order in which the completed form is received on the event website, we suggest that the person responsible for filling out the form have the autonomy to define the quantity and size of the chosen/reserved area, as well as to indicate more than one area option (second and third options), in addition to the company's registration data, contact name, telephone number, and email address for sending the login and password to access the contract and the chosen payment method. Upon receiving the completed form on the website, ABTCP will confirm whether the selected area is available for reservation, following the order of the options (first, second, and third).

1.6 – A login and password to access the contract issuance tool will be sent to the email address provided for this purpose on the reservation form to be completed on the event website. This person will be responsible for filling in the data for issuing the contract. The contract must be digitally signed using the tool used by ABTCP - DOCUSIGN (more information will be provided when the login and password are sent).

1.7 – After November 10, 2025 – the deadline stipulated for confirmation of reservations for the areas chosen during the meetings on October 16 and 20, through the delivery of the contract and payment of the deposit within the deadline – ABTCP may carry out the subdivision and/or unification of the remaining spaces in the areas.

1.8 – Area exchanges may be made after December 1, 2025, depending on area availability.

Note: Unconfirmed areas will be made available on the updated map on the event website www.abtcp2026.org.br starting on 12/1/2025. Requests for changes to reserve of areas will be met considering the order in which requests arrive, made by email, starting on 12/1/2025.

1.9 – Confirmation of the reservation of the chosen area will be made subject to the following conditions:

Contract signing: up to 10 days after booking on the event website, via digital signature using the tool employed by ABTCP - DOCUSIGN.

Deposit payment (15% of the total value): up to 5 days after signing the contract.

Remaining payment: See dates in item 2.1.2 according to the chosen payment method and the date of booking on the event website.

Note1: Payment of the deposit must be made via bank slip, which will be sent by ABTCP to the exhibitor, after receiving the completed and signed contract.

Note2: From December 1, 2025, ABTCP will make available for sale the areas reserved by associated/non-associated exhibitors, who do not meet the conditions for confirming the area reservation.

1.10 – The value per square meter of area corresponds to space. Costs for assembly, decoration, electricity, cleaning and government fees will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

1.11 – CNPJ members, non-members, and foreign members who participated as exhibitors at ABTCP 2024 and who reserved their spaces on October 16th (according to their chosen category) and October 20th – subsequently meeting all the criteria and deadlines for confirming the reservation – received a differentiated price, considering the launch and post-launch tables of 2024. If these premises were not met, they lost the differentiated price and must consider the current price table – Post-Launch 2026.

1.12 – CNPJ members, non-members, and Collective members from Abroad who DID NOT participate as exhibitors at ABTCP 2024 and who reserved their spots on October 16th (according to their chosen category) and October 20th – and subsequently met all the criteria and deadlines for confirmation – were offered a launch price list. If these positions were not filled, they lost the discounted price and must consider the current price list – Post-Launch 2026.

2) PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

2.1 – Prices and payment methods for AREA - Values ​​per square meter:

A down payment of 15% of the total value, in any of the options, is due within 5 days of signing the contract and:
